B7 Stud Kits with Blue Teflon® Coating

B7 stud kits with blue Teflon® coating provide a high-strength fastening solution for pressure-rated flanged piping systems, with added corrosion resistance and lubricity. Manufactured from ASTM A193 Grade B7 alloy steel, these stud kits are designed for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The blue Teflon® coating helps reduce galling, improve torque consistency, and protect against corrosion during installation and service.

These coated B7 stud kits are commonly used in carbon steel and alloy steel piping systems across industrial, mechanical, and process applications. Ideal for new installations, maintenance, and repairs, the coating allows for easier assembly and more accurate bolt loading compared to uncoated hardware. Each kit includes the required stud bolts and heavy hex nuts for standard ANSI flange connections.
