The ABS-DWV Trap Adapter with Plastic Nut and Washer (SPG x SJ) is designed to connect ABS pipe to tubular slip-joint connections in sanitary drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems. Commonly used for sink and lavatory installations, this adapter provides a secure, leak-resistant connection with its included nut and washer. This non-pressure fitting meets ASTM D2661, CSA B181.1, and NSF Standard 14 for reliable performance and durability.

Not intended for transporting compressed air or gas and should not be used for pressure testing. Suitable for applications where operating temperatures do not exceed 140°F. Installations should be protected from incompatible chemicals, fire-stopping materials, and thread sealants that may damage ABS compounds.
