ABS DWV Copper Adapter (HUB x SJ)

The ABS-DWV Copper Adapter (HUB x SJ) is designed to connect ABS hub pipe fittings to copper slip-joint tubular piping in drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems. Commonly used for sink and lavatory installations, this adapter provides a secure, leak-resistant transition between ABS and copper connections. This non-pressure fitting meets ASTM D2661, CSA B181.1, and NSF Standard 14 for long-lasting reliability and performance.

Not intended for transporting compressed air or gas and should not be used for pressure testing. Suitable for applications where operating temperatures do not exceed 140°F. Installations should be protected from incompatible chemicals, fire-stopping materials, and thread sealants that may damage ABS compounds.
