Fits 3″ schedule 40 DWV pipe. Easy access threaded plastic cover with a positive seal elastomeric gasket. Non-corrosive flexible flapper provides seal against backflow. Comes with an 18″ plastic access sleeve. UPC, CSA AND SBCCI approved. Magnetic strip for underground detection.
