Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding original shipping costs, and a restocking fee will apply. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, or defective items), we will cover return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee.
  • Items that are custom cut, fabricated, or fall under the Pipe or Tube categories are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of orders with issues due to customer error and will not be refunded the original shipping costs.
  • Returns for “cosmetic purposes” are not accepted. Our products are designed for mechanical use, and variations in style/brand may occur.
  • If an item arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact our customer relations team at 1.800.410.4625 within 7 business days of delivery.
 
Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after your return is shipped. This timeframe includes the return transit time (5-10 business days), processing time (1-3 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund (5-10 business days).
 
Pipe and tubing orders, as well as custom or fabricated items, are non-returnable.
