The 3M 8577 Particulate Respirator P95 With Cool Flow Valve is a disposable, high-efficiency respirator designed to protect you from oil and non-oil based particulates while offering enhanced comfort in demanding work environments. NIOSH-rated P95, it delivers at least 95% filtration efficiency for solid and liquid aerosols — including those containing oil. The respirator includes a carbon-filter layer to reduce exposure to organic vapors (solvents, resins, degreasers) and features the 3M Cool Flow™ exhalation valve, designed to release warm, moist air, reducing heat build-up and improving breathability — especially in hot, humid, or extended-use conditions. With a flexible M-noseclip and braided dual headbands, it ensures a secure seal and comfortable fit.
