How It Works

Get rewarded every time you shop! When you check out while logged into your GetPipe.com account, you’ll earn 2% back in Rewards on eligible purchases. Use your rewards on future purchases and start saving today!

Eligibility

• The Rewards Program is open to individuals with a valid GetPipe.com account.
• Businesses may participate if the account is in the business’s name and managed by an authorized representative.

Earning Rewards

• Earn 2% back in Rewards on eligible purchases made while logged into your account.
• Rewards are calculated on the purchase subtotal, excluding tax and shipping.
• Rewards are not earned on:
  • Guest checkouts
  • Canceled or refunded orders
  • Taxes, shipping, or handling fees

Expiration & Forfeiture

• Rewards Points expire 12 months from the date they are issued.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months will forfeit any unused points.
• Expired points have no value and cannot be reinstated.

Adjustments & Errors

• GetPipe.com reserves the right to deduct points for:
  • Returned or refunded items
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• If you believe your Rewards balance is incorrect, contact us within 30 days.

Program Changes & Termination

• GetPipe.com, LLC may modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
• If the program is terminated, all unused Rewards Points will expire immediately.

Compliance with Law

• This is a promotional loyalty program, not a gift card or cash-equivalent.
• The program is void where prohibited.
• Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes from Rewards usage.

Limitation of Liability

• GetPipe.com is not liable for:
  • Technical issues
  • Delays
  • Unauthorized use of rewards
• Participation is at your own risk and provided “as is” with no guarantees.

Governing Law

The Rewards Program is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
