Axxiom 3/4"–1"Compact BAABS Rail Package
The Axxiom 4621-02P Compact BAABS Rail Package is a durable, ergonomic blasting accessory designed to dramatically reduce operator fatigue and improve control during abrasive blasting operations. Manufactured by Axxiom Manufacturing (working under the Schmidt name), this Compact BAABS (Blasting Accessories and Assist Bracket System) is engineered for use in confined spaces where standard rail systems would be impractical — such as tight corners, inside tanks, or cramped structural cavities
When mounted on the blast hose, the BAABS rail system transfers the majority of nozzle thrust to a stable brace against the operator’s chest or torso, rather than forcing the user's arms and hands to absorb the full force. This results in reduced grip fatigue, fewer hand cramps, lower strain on arms and shoulders, and significantly improved operator comfort — especially during long blasting sessions
The package includes the Compact-size rail and the adjustable G3 trigger-style deadman (electric version). The brace assembly can be configured for left- or right-handed operators, and the system supports standard heavy-wall blast hoses ranging from ¾" up to 1". Please note: blast hose, nozzle holder, and nozzles are not included.
