The Graco 17G808 PressureTrak Kit is a robust, professional-grade accessory designed to deliver precise pressure monitoring and ratio assurance when used with Graco XP50 and XP70 plural-component sprayers equipped with the NXT6500 air motor.
Key Features & Specifications:
- PressureTrak module with housing — displays fluid A & B pressures in real time for ratio assurance
- Two pressure transducers to monitor outlet manifold pressures for each component
- Solenoid to automatically shut down the air motor if pressure imbalance or fault is detected (e.g. plug, leak, run-out, valve or packing failure)
- Compatible with Graco XP50 and XP70 plural-component sprayers — specifically when fitted with the NXT6500 air motor
- Designed for use with high-pressure plural component systems; pressure monitoring operational up to spray pressures of 7,250 psi (approx. 500 bar)
- Provides safety and quality control: prevents off-ratio spraying due to pump cavitation, part failure, leaks, or material depletion.
