GetPipe.com’s main office and warehouse are located in Davenport, Iowa. Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse. However, in certain cases, we may ship products directly from the supplier to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
Placing an order is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Browse our website and select the items you'd like to purchase.
- Add them to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout and fill out the required shipping information.
- Choose your payment method and confirm your order.
- You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and shipping information as soon as it’s available. Please allow 24-48 hours for products that ship directly from our suppliers
We accept a variety of payment methods, including:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
- PayPal
- “Invoice Me” Strictly for accounts who have applied for a credit application prior to ordering. For applications, please click here
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates if your order has shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to make any changes. Since our system does not save payment information, we may need to process a new order for you, but rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to resolve the situation!

To initiate a return, please visit Your Account online or email us at returns@getpipe.com with your order number, return reason, as well as the item(s) with quantity you wish to return.
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding original shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee.
- Items that are custom cut, fabricated, or fall under the Pipe or Tube categories are not eligible for return or refund.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of orders with issues due to customer error, and will not be refunded the original shipping costs.
- Returns for “cosmetic purposes” are not accepted. Our products are designed for mechanical use, and variations in style/brand may occur.
- If an item arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact our customer service team at sales@getpipe.com within 7 business days of delivery or call our customer service team at 1-800-410-4625 during normal business hours. Monday – Friday 7:00am – 6:30pm CST
Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after your return is shipped. This timeframe includes the return transit time (5-10 business days), processing time (1-3 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund (5-10 business days).
Note: Pipe and tubing orders, as well as custom or fabricated items, are non-returnable

Simply add the quantity of the item(s) you need quoted by selecting “Add to Quote” on the product page. We'll do our best to provide a quote and lead time for those products as quickly as possible!
If you have a valid government issued Tax Exempt form or Resale Certificate, we can add your tax-exempt form to your account to ensure you are not charged Sales Tax.
To do so you will need to log into your account or register with GetPipe.com. If you already have an account set up and need to add a new tax exemption form to your profile, please send it to sales@getpipe.com or click here.
Please note: To place a tax-exempt order, you must have an approved account. If you submit an order before your account is approved, you will be responsible for the sales tax, and it will not be refunded.
When selecting your item or size, click on Inventory Details located below the Add to Cart button. This will show you the available stock and the specific location where it’s stored.
If you see "Manufacturer Fulfilled," it means the item's inventory may not be visible online through our system. However, rest assured that 99% of the time, our supplier has it in stock and we’ll ship it out as soon as possible!
If any items are unavailable, our sales team will reach out to you immediately with an update or offer a solution.
