Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We state that most all products Usually Ship Same Day. If we encounter a problem with products having a longer than expected lead time we will reach out to you and let you know of the situation. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to a residence due to weight and dimensions. Orders that exceed 140lbs must ship LTL and the receiver must have a receiving dock or the ability to unload with a fork truck. Should your order require lift gate service we will contact you prior to shipment for any increased costs due to the unloading situation for your approval or we will deny your order and refund your entire amount.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Lead Times
We ship Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays & weekends). Cut off time for orders is 2:30PM CST. Once the package(s) is/are picked up and accepted by carrier we are no longer responsible for shipment delivery times. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or national holidays. If you require items by a specific date - we do offer expedited shipping options at checkout with rates reflected. Some items will ship direct from our manufactures warehouse and you may experience a delay in receiving a tracking number as they can take 24-48 hours to upload the shipping information. 

Expedited Shipping Rules

  • UPS Next Day Air® - Ideal for shipments that must arrive earlier in the business day. (Does not include Weekends or National Holidays)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air® - Ideal for shipments that have the flexibility to arrive any time during the second business day. (Does not include Weekends or National Holidays)

Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the item falls under the Pipe or Tube category and is a custom cut, threaded or grooved product that you ordered, it does not qualify for a refund. If the ordering error is on your end you will be responsible for shipping charges. Returns on items for "cosmetic purposes" will not be accepted (our parts are intended for mechanical use) items may vary in style/brand. Contact us ahead of time and we will process your return and send you an RGA with instructions on where to ship the material.

In the rare event that an item shows delivered and has a part/s that is/are missing or damaged, please notify our customer service team within 7 business days.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Note: Pipe and Tubing orders are non-returnable. Custom cut lengths or fabricated items are non-returnable.
