*Free shipping applies to ground orders shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. It does not apply to LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments or individual items weighing 105 lbs. or more, nor does it apply to expedited shipping services. The free shipping discount will automatically be applied upon checkout if applicable. * – Standard Ground Delivery (U.S. 48 States Only)
We strive to ship most products on the same day. If there is any delay or issue with the availability of your product(s), we will promptly contact you via email, to inform you of the updated lead time, if any. Please note that certain products have restrictions and cannot be shipped to residential addresses due to weight and/or dimensions. Orders exceeding 140 lbs. must be shipped via LTL, and the recipient must have a receiving dock or the ability to unload with a forklift. If liftgate service is required, we will contact you before shipment to confirm any additional charges for unloading. If we are unable to reach an agreement, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Shipping rates for many items are based on weight, which can be found on each product’s detail page. To comply with shipping company policies, weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. The cut-off time for same-day processing and shipping is 2:30 PM CST. If the order is received after the cut-off time, the order will be processed the following business day. Once the carrier picks up your package, we are no longer responsible for any delivery delays or any other issues that may arise. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or national holidays . If you need items by a specific date, expedited shipping options are available at checkout with applicable rates. (Some exceptions apply, e.g. lost or damaged in transit)
Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse, which could result in a delay of 24-48 hours before tracking information is available, after order is processed.
- Next Day Air : Orders shipped via Next Day Air will arrive the next business day, provided they are shipped on a weekday (Monday to Friday). For example, orders placed on Saturday will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday before 2:30 PM CST will be delivered on Monday (not Saturday).
- UPS 2nd Day Air : Orders shipped via 2nd Day Air will arrive within two business days, depending on delivery location, as well as day and time of order. This service is not available for weekend or holiday deliveries.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes . All shipping addresses must include a street address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are needed, please provide them during check-out in the notes section. Once your order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be modified in any way.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping information, including matching the postal code with the address provided. If UPS is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to return and reship the package. If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, our standard return policy will apply, which includes a 20% restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please visit Your Account online or email us at returns@getpipe.com with your order number, return reason, as well as the item(s) with quantity you wish to return.
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding original shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee.
- Items that are custom cut, fabricated, or fall under the Pipe or Tube categories are not eligible for return or refund.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of orders with issues due to customer error, and will not be refunded the original shipping costs.
- Returns for “cosmetic purposes” are not accepted. Our products are designed for mechanical use, and variations in style/brand may occur.
- If an item arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact our customer service team at sales@getpipe.com within 7 business days of delivery.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after your return is shipped. This timeframe includes the return transit time (5-10 business days), processing time (1-3 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund (5-10 business days).
Note: Pipe and tubing orders, as well as custom or fabricated items, are non-returnable.
