Domestic Steel Pipe Increase Monday
Domestic steel pipe
mills have announced that due to escalating input costs, they will be
increasing prices on the following products by the amounts below:
1/2” – 4” Continuous Weld Pipe- 6%
2” – 18” Grade B ERW Pipe- 6%
1” – 10” Sprinkler Pipe- 6%We will hold current
price levels through the close of business today, 1/20, and release a new list
price sheet dated 1/23/22 on Monday.

Copper Increase Now in Effect
Due to market conditions with copper closing up yesterday around $4.20/lb and currently trading up $.10/lb to approximately $4.30/lb, the copper tube mills have announced two 2.5% increases within the past 24 hours. This new pricing is taking immediate effect.

PVC Pipe Increase Tomorrow
Due to increasing costs in
PVC raw materials, PVC pipe mills have announced a price increase. We will be
holding current price levels through close of business today, 1/10, and will
move to a new list price sheet dated 1/11/23 first thing tomorrow morning.

Copper Up: New Increased Prices Listed
Copper closed up almost
$.10/lb last Thursday and was up another $.10/lb on Friday. Today, copper is
trading up over $.12/lb to over $4.00/lb for this first time since June of
2022. As a result, copper tube mills have announced a 5% increase going into effect
immediately.
