Empire Industries 2/10/2025 Price Increase
As was formally announced on February 1st, 2025, our administration is moving forward with an additional 10% tariff on a wide range of Chinese imported goods. Due to the direct increases incurred by Empire Industries, we will be implementing an increase of up to 10% on all imported products effective Monday, February 10th. Please note, all orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday, February 7th will be subject to the new pricing.
Due to circumstances outside of our control, all pricing quotations on imported goods provided before February 1st, 2025, are no longer valid and will need to be reviewed, updated, and approved prior to the release of material. In addition, Empire reserves the right to limit purchased quantities when deemed necessary.
In event these tariffs are not implemented (or delayed) Empire will not move forward with this increase on February 10th. Related, we also recognize the potential ramifications these import tariffs could have on the cost of raw material and our domestically manufactured products. With all of this in mind, we will continue to inform you of the ongoing impacts these issues have on you, your business, and our industry.
