Choose the Correct Fit
Use the exact cutting or gripping area intended for the task. Avoid prying or twisting sideways with the cutting edges.
Verify wire size and material against the manufacturer’s limits. For mini flush cutters, stay with thin wire and cable ties rather than general hardware.
Installation & Care
De-energize and verify circuits before wire work. Do not infer electrical insulation from a colored or covered handle.
Clean the pivot and inspect cutting edges for chips or misalignment. Support the offcut and wear eye protection when clipping wire.

Important Product Questions
Can I cut hardened screws or steel cable?
This mini cutter is described for thin wire and cable ties. Select a separately rated cutter for screws, steel cable or other hard stock.
Are covered grips enough for electrical work?
Grip covering is not proof of an insulation rating. De-energize and verify the circuit, and follow the required electrical-safety procedure.
How do I keep a close cut controlled?
Support the work and offcut, position the edge squarely and apply controlled hand pressure. Do not twist the edge against the remaining material to break off a cut.
