Match the Headgear
Use only Milwaukee helmets or hard hats listed in the compatibility chart. Full-brim BOLT helmets and hard hats require the middle accessory slot.
The chart lists front, middle and rear slots for the BOLT Safety Helmet and BOLT Front Brim Hard Hat. Milwaukee recommends the middle slot.
Seal & Care
Fit the cups fully around the ears, with cushions sealed firmly against the head. Hair or other obstructions that break the seal can reduce noise attenuation.
Clean the exterior and cushions with mild soap and water; do not immerse or use solvents. Replace worn, cracked or insecurely attached earmuffs.

Important Product Questions
Will these fit any helmet or hard hat?
No. The manual restricts use to Milwaukee helmets and hard hats and specifies compatible slots. Check its chart for your exact headgear style before fitting.
Does CSA Class A guarantee the noise reduction?
No. Class A is the listed classification, not a guarantee of the reduction each wearer receives. Correct attachment, a firm cushion seal and consistent wear are essential.
How should the earmuffs be stored?
Do not store them with cushions pressed tightly against the headgear shell or in the folded-out position. Inspect regularly and replace the product if damaged or no longer securely attached.
