ASC Series 10RN AWWA Gate Valve with Operating Nut is a resilient wedge gate valve designed with gasketed Ring-Tite joint end connections for IPS PVC pressure pipe.

Designed for water-distribution and utility service, the valve features a ductile iron body and bonnet, 304 stainless steel non-rising stem, resilient wedge, operating nut, and fusion-bonded epoxy coating. Series 10RN uses a ductile iron ASTM A536 Grade 65-45-12 body, bonnet, packing gland, operating nut, and wedge. The resilient wedge incorporates Buna-N sealing material.

The valve includes a 304 stainless steel non-rising stem, bronze ASTM B584 C83600 wedge nut, Buna-N stem wiper, gasket, O-rings, and gasket ring, plus 304 stainless steel bonnet and handle hardware.

Wax-encapsulated cap screws and a fusion-bonded epoxy coating provide additional protection for demanding waterworks installations.
