ASC Figure 10NW AWWA Gate Valve with Hand-Wheel is a resilient wedge gate valve with IPS threaded end connections for dependable isolation service in compatible water-distribution and utility piping systems.

Figure 10NW uses a ductile iron ASTM A536 Grade 65-45-12 body, bonnet, packing gland, hand-wheel, and resilient wedge. The wedge incorporates Buna-N sealing material.

The valve includes a 304 stainless steel non-rising stem, bronze ASTM B584 C83600 wedge nut, Buna-N stem wiper, gasket and O-rings, and 304 stainless steel bonnet and handle hardware.

Wax-encapsulated cap screws and a fusion-bonded epoxy coating provide added protection, while the hand-wheel provides convenient manual valve operation.
