Choose the Correct Fit
Choose a compatible reciprocating-saw blade for the material, stock thickness and cut. Check the blade’s path for pipes, wires and other hidden services.
The stroke length is blade travel, not the depth of cut. Allow enough blade projection through the work throughout the stroke and support stock to reduce pinching.
Installation & Care
Remove the battery before changing accessories, making adjustments or clearing debris. Inspect the tool and accessory before fitting the battery.
Keep the blade clamp clear of packed debris and inspect the shoe and blade before use. Wait for the blade to stop before carrying or setting down the saw.

Important Product Questions
Are a battery and charger included?
No. This is the exact tool-only model. Choose a compatible M18 battery and charger separately; accessory contents are not a battery kit.
Is a wrench needed for the blade clamp?
The lever-action QUIK-LOK clamp is intended for quick blade changes. Follow the clamp instructions and verify secure seating before use.
What should I check before use?
Confirm accessory fit, speed rating and condition for the task. Follow the tool instructions, secure the work and use the required guards and protective equipment.
