Choose the Correct Fit

Choose area mode to illuminate the surrounding workspace or flood mode to direct light at a task. The output settings differ between the two patterns.

Use the 4-1/4 in metal hook only on a secure support. Connect an M18 battery or an extension cord through the AC inlet as the location requires.

Installation & Care

Turn off and disconnect the power source before cleaning or moving the light. Check the hook, housing and power connection for damage.

Keep the polycarbonate lens clean and protect it from abrasive debris. Secure overhead placement and route any cord clear of working paths.

Important Product Questions

How do area and flood modes differ?

Area mode provides 360-degree coverage with up to 2,200 lumens. Flood mode provides a 90-degree pattern with up to 1,000 lumens.

Can I plug it in instead of using a battery?

Yes. The light has an AC inlet as an alternative to M18 battery power. Use an appropriate extension cord and follow the manual.

Can the light hang overhead?

Yes. The manufacturer specifies a 4-1/4 inch metal hanging hook. Verify the support and make sure the light is secure before working below it.
