It is designed to write on dusty, wet and oily surfaces. Test the mark on the actual material before relying on it for layout.
Can I leave the cap off all day?
The tip is rated for up to 72 hours of cap-off life. Recapping between uses still protects the tip and reduces accidental marking.
Is the chisel tip suitable for tiny detail work?
This is a large chisel tip. Choose a finer-tip marker if the work requires small lettering or a very narrow reference line.
