Choose the Correct Fit
De-energize and verify the circuit is safe before work. Follow the qualified-person procedure and use the required protective equipment.
Inspect the entire insulated surface before each use. Remove the tool from service if cut, cracked, burned or showing the inner wear layer.
Installation & Care
Select the exact tip and keep the tool clean and dry. Do not modify, grind or repair the insulation with tape.
Store the screwdrivers where sharp tools and heat cannot damage the covering. Inspect again after a drop or other impact.

Ask Willy:
Need to match an insulated driver? Tell Willy the screw profile, size and required reach so the tool fit can be checked.
Important Product Questions
Will this fit any electrical terminal?
No. Match the #2 ecx profile and shaft access to the actual screw and terminal recess. Insulation does not make a mismatched tip suitable.
Does the 1,000 V rating make live work safe?
No. It is a tool insulation rating, not permission to work energized. Isolate the circuit and follow the applicable electrical safety procedure and protective-equipment requirements.
When should an insulated driver be replaced?
Remove it from service if insulation is damaged, the inner wear layer is visible, or the tip or handle is compromised. Do not tape over damage and continue working.
