Construction Details
The Parker CPI™ fitting system utilizes a precision-engineered single ferrule that creates a spring-loaded sealing action between the tubing, ferrule, fitting body, and nut.
Unlike designs that can induce tube twisting during installation, CPI™ fittings transmit assembly forces axially to the tubing to help preserve tubing integrity and improve sealing performance.
All standard CBZ-SS fittings are manufactured from corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel with documented heat-code traceability for critical industrial applications.
Important Notes
Designed for use with Parker CPI™ instrumentation tubing systems and compatible tubing materials.
Working pressure ratings depend on tubing size, wall thickness, material selection, and the pressure limitations of the NPT threaded connection.
Proper assembly procedures should be followed to ensure optimum sealing performance and system reliability.
